9 p.m.: Chief: Fire at trailer park ‘suspicious’
Whitehead said firefighters had the blaze under control shortly before 2:15 p.m. Frankton and Chesterfield-Union Township firefighters assisted at the scene. No firefighters were injured battling the fire. The home was fully engulfed with flames when firefighters arrived, Whitehead said. He said he suspected an accelerant was used to get the fire going. "More or less gasoline," Whitehead said. He said it's the third such suspicious blaze at the trailer park since this summer. In all the cases, he said, the utilities had been turned off to the homes and they were uninhabited. Investigators don't yet know how those blazes were set. Whitehead couldn't immediately provide the dates of the previous fires. Whitney Faircloth, who lives at a neighboring trailer, believes one of the previous fires was caused by workers tearing down an adjacent trailer.

CSC’s “Doll’s House”: Don’t Toy with Nora!
A Doll's House is the story of Nora Helmer and her picture perfect marriage to Torvald, their two child and a nanny family, and their friends, a Dr. Rank and Kristine Linde. Dr. Rank, a lifelong friend of Torvald's visits daily, and suffers from a disease that will kill eventually kill him, but he is a happy man, thankful to be alive and to see Nora every day. Kristine, a childhood friend of Nora's is recently returned to town after losing a husband, and with two sons taking care of themselves. The nanny, who had a child herself but gave her up for adoption to pursue the "opportunities" of nannydom, was nanny to Nora and is so now to Nora's little ones. Clearly, we have women and men here representing different things: women are happily married mothers, widows free only because their children have gone, and unwed mothers given the "opportunity" to give up their children and be servants.

It's very easy to see actors who have died young and feel that it must be real rough to be an actor. These are people like Chris Farley, John Belushi, River Phoenix, and more recently actors such as Brad Renfro, and of course, Heath Ledger. Of course, people die young all the time, and sometimes through overdoses or some other health issue. But since so many people have been entertained by younger actors' work, it's easy to notice their death more than others who may not have been famous when they died. One of the hardest non-family member deaths I had ever had to endure was that of my best friend growing up. His name was Aaron, and he literally lived in a house just behind mine on a different street. It was always fun to hang out with Aaron, because not only was he someone who cared deeply about his friends and treated his friends like kings whenever they were around, but he also had the biggest yard in the neighborhood which was great especially for a kid like me whose total yard is about the size of most people's closets.
